DESCRIPTION

The air-conditioned Casa Moskito features a poolside terrace with sun loungers, a BBQ and a dining area. The lounge has flat-screen cable smart TV, free Netflix and bluetooth speakers, while the kitchen includes washer-dryer, oven, toaster, water cooler, two door fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

The tide changes temporarily, sometimes there is more beach and sometimes there is not.

Casa Moskito is a 10-minute walk from the Cozumel ferry terminal and Playa del Carmen Bus Station. Playa del Carmen Golf Course is 0.5 miles away.

Lively 5th Avenue and Mamitas Beach Club are a 15-minute walk from the villa, while Xcaret Eco Theme Park

is a 15-minute drive away. Tulum and Cancún are both within a 40-minute drive.

The ocean view master bedroom features a king size bed with a walk in closet, and a bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and a double shower.

I love this property. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The house is gorgeous, very well kept. The pool is perfect, right on the beach, which is a very short walking distance from the action of Playa del Carmen. I can't wait to return.niña

Perfect house on the beach
I stayed here for a week with my extended family. Everything was perfect. The kids loved alternating between the beach and the pool, and the house was just the right size for 4 adults and 4 little kids. Can't beat the location if staying in Playa Del Carmen. Definitely plan to return next time we are down there.niño
